Built in collaboration with BC Hydro and the City of Maple Ridge, we were selected to build an energy efficient home in accordance with the new BC Energy Step Code.  It was used as an educational tool for other builders as well as building officials in Maple Ridge and the surrounding municipalities. It was a great experience learning new ways of building efficiently and offering tours to other builders, inspectors, and other invested partners.
