Ventura Enterprises is a second-generation builder coming from a strong heritage of building excellence. Since 2001, we have built hundreds of homes with a hands-on approach from the initial design phase right through to completion. The homes we build integrate innovative, detailed design with time-tested construction systems. Each home also represents the vital relationships with our clients and our team of trades that make each project a success. With an outstanding commitment to customer service and communication, Ventura Enterprises has built a reputation of completing high quality projects on time, on budget, and most importantly — with integrity. Our projects range from the development of single-family residences to high-end custom homes in Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, throughout British Columbia.
Our Services
Pre-construction
Successful construction projects are ones that are organized and well-planned ahead of time. We will guide you through the process of designing your home — balancing beautiful design elements with layouts that work practically and efficiently with the mechanical and structural systems. If you've already taken steps to have your home designed, we are also able to work with existing plans to create the space you have envisioned.
Construction
Once all plans and permits are cleared, Ventura Enterprises runs like a well oiled machine, sticking to a time-tested construction schedule. We value clear communication with our clients, trades and suppliers to create a safe, organized work environment for trades to focus on the quality of their work.
Post construction
Upon completion of your home, you will be provided with the occupancy permit, as-built documentation and certification for the 2-5-10 year home warranty from BC Housing and Travelers Insurance. We have always had a solid reputation as a builder who will take care of their clients for the long term, ensuring the quality of the home is maintained over time.
Development
Ventura Enterprises also has a wide range of experience in development — from creating multi-lot subdivisions with trusted partners, to advising and developing smaller subdivisions for clients who want to add to the value of their own land.
